When you contact Ping, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, organization, email address, area of interest, and message. We may also collect limited technical and security information needed to protect the form from abuse.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, understand your service interest, follow up on potential business relationships, maintain enquiry records, and protect the website and form from spam, fraud, and misuse. We do not sell personal information.

The planned setup uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for form-abuse prevention, Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website-use and performance measurement, Supabase for secure enquiry processing and storage, and an email-delivery provider to notify Ping. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. This list will be updated to match the final production setup.

We keep enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship, meet record-keeping requirements, resolve disputes, or protect Ping’s legal rights. Ping will publish a specific retention period before the contact form goes live.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to certain uses. Send your request to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the information we hold. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send passwords, bank details, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
